The pencil skirt. A classic wardrobe staple that can be used time and time again. We used this pencil skirt in a previous post a while back but paired it with a lace peplum top. For this look we went with a loose sheer polka dot blouse with a flared sleeve. You can make this look more conservative and work appropriate by adding a black tank underneath the top or you can keep the sheer for a night on the town. The black sandals add a sexy and unique touch. Do us a favor, if you don't own a pencil skirt, buy one immediately. It's an item you never knew you could live without.
