While winter brings snow and rainstorms to the rest of the nation, the only thing Southern California has had to endure so far is a little drizzle and some frost. You'd never know it, though, from the overly-dramatic weather reporting of Southern California's local news stations. Did you guys see Jimmy Kimmel's awesome recap of the weather reports? Hilarious. 

Our fellow Los Angeles natives are in full freak out mode, but we are reveling in this weather and welcoming it with open arms. It's the one chance we get to wear all the warm clothes in our closets - so we're taking full advantage of it. We created this outfit around the mustard oversized cable knit sweater. We wanted to match it with a neutral gray but continued the color with matching mustard shoes and a jacket. We love using bright colors in the fall and winter - it adds a bit of sunshine to otherwise dreary days. Make sure to weather proof your suede shoes before you hit the town. We swap between the weather protectant spray from Aldo or you can use your Ugg sheepskin water and stain protectant. Both work like a charm!
